1. Reservation & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with full payment unless stated otherwise.
Booking fees are non-refundable, but guests may request a date change at least 5 days before check-in, subject to availability.
Walk-in guests are accepted only if there are vacant lots.
2. Relocation & Operational Rights
Yaka Campsite reserves the right to reassign or relocate any campsite lot when necessary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, maintenance, or operational requirements.
In the event of severe weather or emergency, guests must follow the instructions of campsite staff.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM
Early Check-ins or Late check-outs Subject to lot availability.
4. Campsite Rules
Keep your campsite clean at all times. Dispose of trash at designated points.
Strictly no vandalism, damage to property, or tampering with campsite facilities.
No open burning or ground campfires are allowed at Yaka Campsite.
Campfires must NOT be made directly on soil, grass, or any part of the ground.
Only portable stoves or campsite-approved cooking equipment are permitted.
Do not leave stoves, burners, or charcoal unattended.
All cooking equipment must be fully extinguished after use.
Guests are responsible for ensuring safe handling of gas canisters and hot equipment.
5. Noise & Behaviour
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please respect other campers. Loud music, shouting, or disturbance is not allowed.
KARAOKE IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED!. Guitar, campsite singing is okay.
Yaka Campsite reserves the right to remove any camper who behaves aggressively, creates nuisance, or endangers others.
6. Safety & Responsibility
Campers are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
Yaka Campsite is not liable for:
Loss or damage of personal items
Injuries caused by negligence, unsafe behaviour, wildlife, or natural conditions
Children must be supervised at all times.
7. Weather Policy
Camping is an outdoor activity and weather conditions can vary.
Refunds will not be issued for rain, wind, or non-severe weather.
In cases of dangerous weather, the campsite may require relocation, temporary evacuation, or cancellation for safety.
8. Pets
Pets are allowed.
Owners must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb other campers.
9. Waste & Environment Protection
Follow Leave No Trace principles.
Do not feed wildlife or leave food unattended.
Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the campsite.
10. Liability & Agreement
By entering Yaka Campsite, guests acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
The campsite reserves the right to change policies without prior notice.
