Q: How to make booking?

Q: Is the a fridge?
A: Yes

Q: Is the a water heater?
A: Yes

Q: Is there a plug point at campsite?
A: YH01-03 & Car camp zone has dedicated plug point and available at our common area.
You are not allow to pull extension cable to terrace zone.
No high wattage home appliances are allow.

Q: Do you provide Drinking water?
A: Yes, we do have a Cuckoo water dispenser (please do bring your own drinking water as well, just incase the water dispenser out of order)

Q: Do you sell ice?
A: We provide free ice on every Saturday (subject to availability).  You can buy ice at Broga village.

Q: What activity you have?
A: YAKA 1 - Has a mini zoo (Hilltop Eco Deer Ranch) and you may plan you own activities.
YAKA 2 - Camping is the activity or you may plan you own activities.

Q: Do you have river?
A: No.

Q: Is there a swimming pool?
A: No.

Q: What is your Check in & Check out time?
A: Official time for check in is 2pm & Check out is 12pm
But if the date before and after have no campers, you may check in by 10am & check out before 5pm.

Q: What if i want to Cancel or Reschedule my booking?
A: Cancellation or Reschedule must be done by 1 week before check in date, failings to do so, payment will be forfeited.

Q: Is your place pets friendly?
A: Yes, all dog must be on leashed at all time,  1 dog per tent & pick up after your dog. We control Maximum 3 dogs per day, if you plan to bring dog please inform us in advance.

Q: Will your campsite gate lock?
A: Yes, our campsite gate will be lock around 8pm and open next day morning around 8am. if you plan to go out for dinner or a morning hike at Broga hill, kindly inform us during check in, our staff will tell you where the spare key located, you may open the gate by your self.
